LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Hamilton hereby invites bids for the purchase of FUEL OIL, PROPANE and DIESEL FUEL for the Town of Hamilton. Bid forms and specifications are available on the website or via email from: TownClerk@TownofHamiltonNY.gov or Highway@TownofHamiltonNY.gov or by calling (315) 825-1378.
Each bid should be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope marked "FUEL BID" and submitted to Sue Reymers, Hamilton Town Clerk, 38 Milford Street, Hamilton, NY 13346.
Bids must be received by the Town Clerk no later than 3:45 p.m. on August 13, 2026 and be accompanied by a completed Non-Collusion Certification pursuant to General Municipal Law §103-d.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at a meeting held at the Town Hall, 38 Milford Street, Hamilton, NY on Thursday, August 13, 2026, immediately following the 3:45 p.m. deadline.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the best interests of the Town.
