Law Ch. 113, Section 40 and the Dighton Conservation Bylaw, you are hereby notified of a Notice of Intent (NOI) application from Massachusetts Electric Company (MECO) to conduct access road improvements (grading and the additon of clean stone) at the 315/327/C181S ROW, South of Chestnut Street (Map 1, Lot 37A). The work is within the buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. A public hearing will be held on May 21, 2026, after 6:00 P.M. in the meeting room of the Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Ave, Dighton MA 02715.
