1. Resolution of Approval #25-ADM-04 memorializing a Site Plan Waiver & Administrative Approval for the removal of 12 bollards & relocation of 5 bollards, with various landscaping modifications. 2. Resolution of Approval #25-SP-01 memorializing a preliminary & final major site plan approval to construct a 4,171 sf addition to the south side of the existing building & re-designate parking spaces on the north end of the building for online order pickup, eliminating 5 parking spaces & reducing impervious coverage by 75sf.
