Please take notice that application has been made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance as follows:

For the FRONT SIDE YARD Steps, the Proposed setback is 19.9' feet and the Required setback is 37.5', resulting in a Difference of 17.6'.
For the new 2ND Floor Overhang, the Proposed Setback is 26.4' and the Required Setback is 37.5', resulting in a Difference of 11.1', to align with existing.
For the 1-story new addition, the Proposed setback is 28.5' and the Required setback is 37.5', resulting in a Difference of 9', and such other variances that may be required in connection with this application.
