NOTICE is hereby given that at March 18, 2026 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the following Resolutions of Approval were memorialized:
Dominic & Sharon Hilton, Block 1305, Lot 10; 32 High Street. Variances were approved to allow rear yard setback of 17.2' where 25' is required and maximum building coverage of 19.24% (16.38% existing) where 15% is maximum allowed.
Christopher Cerniglia, Block 3101, Lot 30; 333 Wyckoff Avenue. Variances were approved to allow front yard setback of 11.75' (14.8' existing) where 40' is required and side yard setback of 4.9' (8.5' existing) where 10' is required.
The foregoing determination is on file at the Ramsey Zoning Board of Adjustment Office, Ramsey Municipal Building, 33 North Central Avenue, Ramsey, New Jersey and is available for public inspection.
