Legal Public Notice, Request for Proposals The Central Arizona Water Conservation District ("CAWCD") is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) for Black Mountain Pumping Plant Unit 2 Motor Stator Rewind in accordance with solicitation documents C113438. Proposals will be received until 3:00 P.M., Phoenix time, October 29, 2025. Proposals shall be submitted electronically on CAWCD's eBids website: https://ebids.cap-az.com/purchasing. No paper submittals will be accepted. The RFP can be downloaded from the CAWCD website: https://ebids.cap-az.com/purchasing. Proposals must be in the actual possession of CAWCD'S Contract & Procurement Services Department at the location indicated, on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late Proposals will not be considered. A non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held on October 14, 2025 at 11:30am Arizona Time. CAWCD reserves the right to reject any and all RFP's, to waive nonconformance, to re-advertise for RFP's, and to withhold the award of the contract for any reason CAWCD determines.
