PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following petitioner has filed for inclusion into the Silver Springs General Improvement District boundaries for the purpose of sewer service to the following described property: Boys and Girls Club of Mason Valley 124 North Main Street Yerington, Nevada 89447 to expand the service area boundaries of the Silver Springs General Improvement District to include parcel 018-481-08. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the public hearing will be held on June 4th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Commission Chambers located at 27 South Main Street, Yerington, NV. A copy of the Petition is available for review at the Lyon County Clerk's Office, 27 S. Main Street, Yerington, NV. All interested persons are invited to attend and address their views.
