MEETING NOTICE BOARD OF EDUCATION GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. The Agenda will be available on the District's Web Site www.gbaps.org, the Agenda is incorporated by reference as part of this Notice. The public may access the District Office starting at 4 p.m. for purposes of attending the Special Board Meeting. As this is a Special Board Meeting, pursuant to Board of Education Policy 187 - Rule, Section II.B.1., a public forum will not be provided and the Board of Education will not be taking comments from the Public. The Board of Education will first meet in Open Session (Room 331) but will convene into Closed Session (Room 336) and Return to Open Session as set forth below. Should the Board of Education determine to take action following a Closed Session on matters discussed in Closed Session, the Board of Education will return to Open Session in Room #331 to take such action. No public forum will be held prior to taking action. SPECIAL BOARD MEETING Wednesday, November 19, 2025 Open Session - 4:30 p.m. The meeting will convene in Open Session at 4:30 p.m. at the Green Bay Area Public Schools District Office Building, 200 S. Broadway, Green Bay, WI 54303, Room #331. SPECIAL BOARD MEETING – CLOSED SESSION The Board may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) and (g) to confer with legal counsel to review procedures related to Board receipt of evidence pertaining to potential employee discipline. SPECIAL BOARD MEETING – OPEN SESSION The Board will reconvene in open session to receive evidence pertaining to district administration's recommendation of staff member termination, which the staff member has demanded be held in open session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(b). SPECIAL BOARD MEETING – CLOSED SESSION The Board may move into closed session during its receipt of evidence in the matter before it pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(f) if necessary to review pertinent evidence that requires the review or discussion of confidential information pertaining to students or other District staff members. The Board may return to open session to receive any further evidence pertaining to the matter before it. SPECIAL BOARD MEETING – CLOSED SESSION The Board will convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate regarding the evidentiary matter presented to it. The Board will return to open session following deliberations for possible action pertaining to the matter before the Board.
