Mercersburg Water Authority Notice The Mercersburg Water Authority has approved a revised fee schedule for advertisement. This fee schedule includes a 20% increase per 1,000 Gallons. The current fee is $16.45 per 1,000 Gallons increasing to $19.74 per 1,000 Gallons. Additionally, the late fee has changed from $10.00 to 1.5% per month for outstanding balances The new rate is effective October 2025 and will be seen in January 10, 2026, Utility Bills. The new rate schedule is available for public inspection at the Borough of Mercersburg's office. The office is located at 113 S. Main Street, Mercersburg, PA 17236 during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Constance M.
