Vehicle Fueling and Cleaning Services
Invitation for Bids
MetroWest Regional Transit Authority ("MWRTA") invites sealed bids from qualified firms to provide vehicle fueling and cleaning services (the "Services") under a contract for up to three (3) years, anticipated to begin on or about January 1, 2026 (the "IFB").
All necessary equipment and supplies to perform the Services will be provided by MWRTA. Vehicles to be fueled and cleaned will be owned, insured, and maintained by MWRTA.
The IFB will be available beginning November 12, 2025, by request via email to Cameron Sullivan, MWRTA Procurement Specialist, at cam@mwrta.com.
MWRTA will hold a pre-bid conference at 10:00 AM on November 19, 2025, at 15 Blandin Avenue, Framingham, MA 01702 (the "Blandin Hub"). Attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
Sealed bids for the IFB must be received by MWRTA at the Blandin Hub no later than 10:00 AM on December 10, 2025. Late bids will not be accepted.
Any contract resulting from the IFB is subject to funding by the United States Department of Transportation, the Federal Transit Administration, and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, and shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procurement standards, including 2 CFR 200, FTA Circular 4220.1G, and MGL c. 30B.
MWRTA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, and waive informalities as it deems necessary to award a contract in the best interest of MWRTA.
