In accordance with Ohio state statutes, notice is hereby given that Dr. Robert Werner of MidWest Eye Center, has left the practices located at Kenwood (8270 Pine Road, Cincinnati, OH 45236) and Hyde Park (2135 Dana Ave., Suite 310, Cincinnati, OH 45207). All patients may retrieve their medical records from MidWest Eye Center at any of the locations listed above or by calling 800-385-3937. Dr. Werner's last day at the practice is December 11, 2025. It is important for existing patients to schedule an appointment within the next 30 days either with one of MidWest Eye Center's physicians or an outside eyecare doctor to ensure they are receiving ongoing care.
