MONROE COUNTY SEEKING APPLICATIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY BOARD
The County of Monroe is seeking applications from citizens/residents to serve on the Monroe County Community Mental Health Authority Board. There is a General Public unexpired term ending March 31, 2027. Service on County Boards and Commissions is vital in providing a broad and diverse perspective on decisions made on the direction of programs and services within our community. Leadership and governance on County Boards and Commissions provides opportunity for citizen involvement and participation. Appointments will be made by the Board of Commissioners.
Interested individuals may access information on meeting times, locations, criteria for the terms of office and the core mission of the CMHA Board on the County of Monroe website. To be considered, you must fill out the Application for Appointment located below and submit it by following the instructions. Deadline for submitting an application is Friday, May 22, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Alternatively, applications and information are available at the County Finance Office, Monroe County Courthouse/Annex Building, 125 East Second Street, Monroe, Michigan 48161. Applications may also be faxed to (734)-240-7266 or emailed to: grace_miles@monroemi.org by the same deadline.
