Mountain Laurel Assurance Company v. Dearick J. Glover Docket No. MG-24-22 This matter came before the court upon Plaintiff's Motion for Service By Publication pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 16-15-905 and Tennessee Code Annotated 21-1-203. It appears from the allegations of the Civil Complaint in this cause, the Motion for Service by Publication and supporting Affidavit, and statements made in court that the Defendant, Dearick J. Glover, cannot be served with ordinary process of law at his last known address, and after diligent inquiry by Plaintiff's counsel the whereabouts of the Defendant cannot be ascertained. It is therefore ORDERED that Defendant shall enter an appearance thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Order and file an Answer to the Civil Summons, or Judgment by default shall be taken against Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The same shall be served on the Plaintiff's counsel at the address below. A copy of this order shall be published for four consecutive weeks in The Leaf Chronicle and The Commercial Appeal.
