MTHS Roof Restoration & Replacement Project Metamora Township High School Roof Restoration & Replacement Project The Board of Education, Metamora Township High School, 101 W. Madison Street, Metamora, Illinois 61548, will receive sealed bids from Contractors at the Office of Superintendent for: ROOF RESTORATION & REPLACEMENT: Metamora Township High School 101 W. Madison Street Metamora, Illinois 61548 A pre-bid meeting will be held on a March 11th at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be received by the Owner until 1:00 p.m., prevailing time, March 18th 2026, or authorized postponement thereof for the Complete Work. Bid documents in digital format may be obtained by contacting Demonica Kemper Architects, 100 Harrison Street, Peoria, IL 61602, phone: 309-282-0100 The project generally includes the removal of existing roof area, installation of new insulation and modified roof system to specified roof section(s). Project shall be substantially complete before August 5th, 2026. The Owner will open and read aloud all bids immediately after the specified closing time. All certified bidders are invited to attend the formal opening of bids. No bidder shall modify, withdraw or cancel his bid or any part thereof for sixty days after the time designated for receipt of bids. REJECTION OF BIDS The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and in particular to reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bidding Documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. ACCEPTANCE OF BID (AWARD) The Owner shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid received. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the single lowest qualified bidder, provided the Bid has been submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Bidding Documents, is judged to be reasonable, and does not exceed the funds available.
