New Construction Project INVITATION TO BID: Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Imaging Center, 825 NE 13th St. OKC, OK 73104 Lingo Construction (Construction Manager) will receive bids for the OMRF Imaging Center project on Thursday, June 11th, at 2:00 PM, CST. This is a 3-story 16,000 SF medical imaging, clinic and office building that also features a lower-level mechanical space. The building has an MRI suite, x-ray room, exam rooms, and offices. Exterior finishes include curtain wall, stone, EIFS, and TPO roof. The scope of work includes, but not limited to the following trades: Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Millwork, Waterproofing, Roofing, Metal Wall Panels, Glass & Curtain Wall, Doors & Frames, Drywall & Framing, Paint, flooring, EIFS, Specialties, Metal Canopies, Window Treatments, MEP Please note the following: Bids are to be submitted in person at 1135 N. Robinson OKC, OK 73103 per the Instructions to Bidders and Title 61 requirements no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 11th, 2026 and will be publicly opened.Bid bond or cashier's check in the value of 5% of the bid amount is required for bids greater than $50,000.Bids and bid bonds will be valid for 60 days from bid due date.Review all Title 61 Documents under "Title 61 Bidding" folder in Building Connected.
