NORTH CASTLE PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the North Castle Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Town Hall, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York, on Monday November 24th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter), when any person may be heard in favor of or against the 10 Round Hill Way Site Plan, Steep Slope Permit and Tree Removal Permit as well as 20 Round Hill Way Site Plan, Special Use Permit, Steep Slope Permit and Tree Removal Permit. A new house and swimming pool is proposed to be constructed on 10 Round Hill Way and a new house, barn, accessory apartment, greenhouse, swimming pool and tennis court is proposed to be constructed at 20 Round Hill Way. The properties are located at 10 and 20 Round Hill Way and known on the North Castle Tax Maps as lots 109.01-1-49.4 & 109.01-1-49.5 and located within the R-2A zoning district.
