North Central Community Action Programs seeks Electrical Contractors BID REQUEST North Central Community Action Program, Inc. is seeking bids for electrical work including ventilation installation, knob and tube replacement, and electrical repair in residential homes. North Central CAP is a Non-profit organization that provides weatherization services for low-income individuals. We anticipate 200 jobs yearly in the counties of Wood, Marathon, Lincoln, Langlade, Taylor, Price, Rusk, and Sawyer. The contract will run for 12 months, with two (2) possible 1-year extensions.
