STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Unknown Successors of Fredis L. Spears and Gary Spears.
YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above named Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit in the above Court alleging that the Plaintiff is the owner of and in actual peaceable possession of the following described real property situated in Osage County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
A part of the NE1/4 of Section 16, Township 26 North, Range 12 East described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the railroad right-of-way, which is 475 feet directly West of the East line of said NE1/4 of Section 16 as a point of beginning; Thence South and parallel to the East line of said NE1/4 to a point 275 feet North of the South line of said NE1/4; thence West a distance of 250 feet; thence North to the South line of said railroad right-of-way; thence in a Northeasterly direction along the South line of said railroad Right-of-way to the point of beginning, except the oil, gas, and other minerals, Which oil, gas, and other minerals have heretofore been reserved for the Osage tribe of Indians.
Beginning at a point 725 feet West of the Southeast corner of the NE1/4 of Section 16, Township 26, Range 12, Osage County, thence North 275 feet, then East 100 feet; thence South 275 feet; thence West 100 feet to point of beginning, except the oil, gas, and Other minerals which have heretofore been reserved for the Osage tribe of Indians.
Beginning at a point 625 feet West of the Southeast corner of the NE1/4 of Section 16, Township 26, Range 12 East, as a point of beginning, thence North 275 feet, then East 150 feet; thence South 275 feet; thence West 150 feet to point of beginning, except the oil, gas, and other minerals which have heretofore been reserved for the Osage tribe of Indians.
The Plaintiff is asking the Court to quiet his title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding.
That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 2nd day of September, 2026, or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiff to be the owner of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiff as to said real property.
