NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law) Town of Wayland Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town of Wayland in the County of Steuben that the assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is information, which will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll of 2026 for the Town of Wayland of which will be filed on or before May 1, 2026 The information may be reviewed, by appointment, in the Assessor's Office which is located at 110 N Main Street, Wayland, NY 14572.
