CLAIR COUNTY, ALABAMA PELL CITY DIVISION RODGERS, BRENDA JEAN, Plaintiff vs. THOMAS, STACEY O'NEIL, Defendant AMENDED ORDER AND NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION The Plaintiff having made a Motion for Service of Publication supported by the Affidavit of the Plaintiff, Brenda Jean Rodgers, stating that the Plaintiff has been unable to ascertain the current names, addresses, certified agents for service of process, or whereabouts of said Defendant, and the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint seeking to sell and divide certain real property situated in Montgomery County, Alabama, it is, therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, being the lands described in the caption of this Complaint, and Stacey O'Neil Thomas, or the unknown heirs and devisees of Stacey O'Neil Thomas, if deceased, and any and all parties, including any persons claiming any present interest therein and including any persons claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder, or other interest therein who may claim any interest in this property, said lands being described as follows: Lot 34 according to the Thrasher Plat No. 2, as the same appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, in Plat Book 7, at page 43.
