Javanti Patel, 36 Joyce Drive, Piscataway, NJ, 08854, has requested the granting of a Bulk Variance for Application # 25-ZB-71V. Applicant would like to replace fence within an easement. The applicant will appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment online to seek relief from the Piscataway Township Zoning Code:
VARIANCES REQUIRED:
21-501 Required – 25 foot rear yard setback
Proposed – 20.26 foot rear yard setback (existing)
21-601 Required – no easement shall be encroached upon or reduced in any manner
Proposed – a fence located over a municipal easement
for property located at 36 Joyce Drive, Piscataway, NJ 08854, listed as Block 1603, Lot 11, located in the R-7.5 Zone, on map page 16 on the Piscataway Township Tax Map. The applicant also requests any and all other variances/relief that the Zoning Board may deem necessary as per said application. The Zoning Board Meeting will only be available remotely as a Zoom Meeting and will not be in person; please see below:
