Jorge Mina & Luz Buitrago, 24 Old New Brunswick Road,Piscataway, NJ, 08854, has requested the granting of a Bulk Variance for Application # 25-ZB-45V. Applicant would like to retain fence and roof (over patio) in front yard setback. The applicant will appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment online to seek relief from the Piscataway Township Zoning Code:

21-501Required – 25 foot front yard setback
Proposed – 19 foot front yard setback (Old New Brunswick Rd.) (existing)
21-619.1Required – in any residential district, no fence located within the front yard setback shall be over four feet in height and/or consist of no more than 50% solid material
Proposed – a 6 foot solid vinyl fence located 4 feet from the front yard property line (Old New Brunswick Road) (scaled)
21-621Required – no shed shall be constructed within 3 feet from any property line
Proposed – shed located 2 feet from the property line (existing)
for property located at 24 Old New Brunswick Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854, listed as Block 2206, Lot 61.02, located in the R-7.5 Zone, on map page 22 on the Piscataway Township Tax Map. The applicant also requests any and all other variances/relief that the Zoning Board may deem necessary as per said application. The Zoning Board Meeting will only be available remotely as a Zoom Meeting and will not be in person; please see below:
