Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights
VOLUNTARY REMEDIATION PROGRAM SITE
REQUEST FOR NO FURTHER ACTION DETERMINATION
Lake Pleasant ASLI VIII, LLC has submitted a request for a No Further Action (NFA) determination to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) for a portion of the Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights VRP site. The NFA requests closure for soil for Areas A, B, and D and was submitted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 49-181.
The Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights VRP site consists of four primary investigation areas of a former mining site located in Peoria, Arizona. Contaminants of concern at the site are the RCRA 8 Metals: arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, selenium, and silver.
