NOTICE is hereby given that Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC has filed a petition claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims arising out of, related to, or connected with an allision occurring on September 14, 2025 involving the booster barge JACK and the recreational vessel MERRY TIME at or around San Carlos Bay near Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. All persons having such claims must file their respective claims, as provided in Supplemental Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with the Clerk of Court in writing and must serve a copy to petitioner's attorneys, Lau Lane Pieper Conley & McCreadie, P.A., 100 South Ashley Drive, Suite 1650, Tampa, Florida 33602, a copy there or on or before January 20, 2026 or be defaulted.
