NOTICE OF ACTION TO : ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, who may claim as surviving spouse, personal representatives, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, by, through, under or against, Defendants ROBERT ESSEX, SHARON BELLER and ADAM ZDUNIAK, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property herein described: YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed seeking a partition of property with Case No. 2025 13868 CICI, in the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Volusia County, Florida on the following property in Volusia County, Florida: Lots 17 and 18, Block 6, Highland Park Subdivision, According to the Map or Plat Thereof, Recorded in Map Book 10, Page(s) 64, of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida commonly known as 1402 Old Kings Rd., Daytona Beach, FL 32117 and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sydney V. Cichon, Esq., of the law firm of Cobb Cole, plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is One Daytona Blvd., Suite 600, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114, on or before March 13, 2026 which is a date 30 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on the plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
