Notice of Adoption of Bond - Red Lion NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF BOND RESOLUTION PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that: (i) on February 25, 2026, The Cumberland County Improvement Authority ("Authority") adopted a bond resolution, entitled the "BOND RESOLUTION OF THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF UP TO $16,000,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF THE AUTHORITY'S COUNTY GUARANTEED LEASE REVENUE BONDS (STATE POLICE BARRACKS PROJECT – RED LION), SERIES 2026, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES; MAKING CERTAIN DETERMINATIONS AND APPROVALS WITH RESPECT TO SAID BONDS; AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS"; (ii) copies of said bond resolution are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Authority, 745 Lebanon Road, Millville, New Jersey 08332 and in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the County of Cumberland, New Jersey, 164 West Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302; (iii) the date of first publication of this notice is February 26, 2026; (iv) any action or proceeding of any kind or nature in any court questioning the validity or proper authorization of the bonds provided for by said bond resolution, or the validity of any covenants, agreements or contracts provided for by the bond resolution shall be commenced within twenty (20) days after the first publication of this notice; and (v) if no action or proceeding questioning the validity or proper authorization of the bonds provided for by said bond resolution, or the validity of any covenants, agreements or contracts provided for by the bond resolution shall be commenced or instituted within twenty (20) days after the first publication of this notice, then all residents and taxpayers and owners of property in the County of Cumberland, New Jersey and all other persons shall be forever barred and foreclosed from instituting or commencing any action or proceeding in any court, or from pleading any defense to any action or proceeding, questioning the validity or proper authorization of such bonds, or the validity of such covenants, agreements or contracts, and said bonds, covenants, agreements or contracts shall be conclusively deemed to be valid and binding obligations in accordance with their terms and tenor.
