NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on October 2, 2025, the Ontario County Board of Supervisors adopted Local Law No. 8 (Intro.) of 2025 which provides: This local law designates the Ontario County Sheriff's Office as the agent to act on behalf of Ontario County to remove and dispose of abandoned vehicles under the County's jurisdiction, and to remove and dispose of abandoned vehicles in instances where the County has contracted with a Municipality within the County to remove and dispose of abandoned vehicles within the Municipality's jurisdiction A copy of the actual text of this local law is available for inspection at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors during regular office hours.
