NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on December 4, 2025, the Ontario County Board of Supervisors adopted Local Law No. 10 (Intro.) of 2025 which provides: For amendment of the existing Ontario County Sewer Rents Local Law, to change the sewer rent in the Laura Lane/Wyffels Road Sewer Extension to the Canandaigua Lake County Sewer District from "$420.00 per equivalent single house unit" to "$458.00 per equivalent house unit"; from "$420.00 per equivalent single house unit" to "$458.00 per equivalent single house unit" in Benefit Zone No. 1 of the Canandaigua Lake County Sewer District and extensions; from "$408.00 per equivalent single house unit" to "$445.00 per equivalent single house unit" in Benefit Zone No. 2 of the Canandaigua Lake County Sewer District; and from "$659.00 per equivalent single house unit" to "$716.00 per equivalent single house unit" in the Honeoye Lake County Consolidated Sewer District. The effective date of this local law is the first day of the first billing quarter following adoption. A copy of the actual text of this local law is available for inspection at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors during regular office hours.
