NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on May 21, 2026, the Ontario County Board of Supervisors adopted Local Law No. 1 (Intro.) of 2026 which provides: As authorized by Section 447-c(1)(b) of Article 12-D of the New York State Real Property Law, the County of Ontario opts not to establish a registration system for short-term rental units as such term is defined by Section 447-a(2) of the New York State Real Property Law.
