NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Whitestown duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law of the State of New York. The resolution adopted by the Town Board approved the transfer of $560,521.95 from the Highway Equipment Reserve to DA5130.201 to fund the cost of two (2) leaf machines from CYNCON totaling $407,717.27 (less $225,556.73 in grant funding), cost of accessories from Viking Cives for the 2025 Mack truck totaling $149,628.50 and a portion of the cost of an ELP System from Viking Cives for the 2026 Mack truck.
