Notice of Adoption of Washington County Ordinance No. 2025-1303-O On September 16, 2025, the County Legislative Body of Washington County adopted Ordinance Number 2025-1303-O, 'An Ordinance Rezoning a Certain Portion of Washington County Located at Approximately 3350 E 1400 N Near Enterprise from the A-20 Zone to the RA-2.5 Zone for Lot One, The RA-5 Zone for Lot Two, and the RA-1 Zone for Lot Three, Hereinafter Fully Described in This Ordinance (Applicant Dean Terry)'.
