Notice of Agister's Sale Please be advised that, pursuant to KRS 376.400(2), Roddina Barrett ("Barrett") will conduct an agister's sale of that certain thoroughbred racehorses commonly known as SKY NET. The aforementioned racehorse(s) are in Barrett's possession pursuant to a contract for board and care by their owner, Shauna Ford, who owes Barrett the principal balance of $72,022.42 plus ongoing costs, interest, and fees. This balance is over forty-five (45) days in arrears. The agister's sale will begin at 9:00 a.m. local time on January 12, 2026 and will occur at Highpointe Training Center, 4600 Stone River Drive, LaGrange, KY 40031. Pursuant to KRS 376.400(3), the proceeds of the sale shall be disbursed in the following order: (a) Payment for costs associated with the sale; (b) Payment of amounts due to the person or business providing for the care and feeding of the animal; (c) Payment to lien holders and creditors pursuant to a court order; and (d) The remainder, if any, held for the owner for a period of twelve (12) months and, if not claimed at that time, then paid into the district school fund.
