NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the requirement of the Municipality Authorities Act, 53 Pa.C.S. s.5605 (d), as amended and supplemented, that the Glen Rock Water Authority ("the Authority") intends to file Articles of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Notice is also given that: 1. The name and registered office of the Authority is Glen Rock Water Authority, 11714 N. Main St. Extended, P.O. Box 205, Glen Rock, PA 17327. 2. Articles of Amendment are to be filed under the provisions of the Municipality Authorities Act, 53 P.S. s. 5601, et. seq., as amended and supplemented. 3. The nature and character of the proposed amendment is to change Paragraph e. of the said Articles of Incorporation, to decrease the number of members of the Board of Directors from seven (7) to five (5) and shall read as follows: e.
