Notice of Application for Authority to Sell Immovable Property at Private Sell
Notice is given that the Executrix of this succession has petitioned this Court for authority to sell immovable property belonging to the deceased at private sale in accordance with the provision of Article 3281 of the Code of Civil Procedure for two hundred sixty-four thousand nine hundred ($264,900.00) dollars cash. The immovable property proposed to be sold at private sale is described as follows:
That certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereon belonging or anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as PORTE COCHERE, and being designated on the official plan of said subdivision, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of said Parish and State, as LOT NUMBER EIGHTEEN (18), said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes as shown on said subdivision map.

Any heir or creditor who opposed the proposed sale must file his/her opposition within seven (7) days from the day on which the last publication of this notice appears.
