Notice of Application for Authority to Transfer Succession Property by Dation En Paiement WHEREAS the administrator of the above estate has made application to the Court for authority to transfer by dation en paiement to Geraldine Simon Freeman in satisfaction of the succession's indebtedness to her, the succession's undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the following described property: That certain parcel of ground, together with all improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging and all appurtenances thereof, being known and designated as LOT ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX (176) of OSSUM HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION EXTENSION TWO, a subdivision of the Parish of Lafayette, Louisiana, on that certain plat of survey prepared by Gerald G. Reaux dated February 28, 1983, attached to that act recorded under Entry No. 83-32314 of the records of Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, and made a part hereof by reference, and being described with reference thereto as having a frontage of 50.0 feet on Swedish Drive, and is bounded northerly by Lots 177, 178, and 179, easterly by Swedish Drive, southerly by Lot 175, and westerly by Property of James Carrol Comeaux or assigns, and having such other dimensions, boundaries and measurements as are more fully shown on said plat of survey. The Order granting such authority may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of the last publication of this Notice.
