NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT OCCIDENTAL PERMIAN LTD., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the San Andres Formation, Cobb Et. Al. Well No. 23, Prentice (San Andres) field. The proposed injection well is located approximately 9 - 11 miles Northeast of Plains in Yoakum County, TX. Fluid will be injected into strata of the subsurface depth interval from 4,800 – 6,000 feet. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
