NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT OXY USA Inc., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject Salt Water, Fresh Water, CO2 and H2S into the San Andres formation, Seminole San Andres Unit Well No. 2701 Seminole (San Andres) field. Fluid will be injected into strata of the subsurface depth interval from 4900'- 5500'. The proposed injection well is located approximately 4-6 miles NW of Seminole in Gaines County, TX. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
