NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT Occidental Permian Ltd., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes the injection interval for Wasson ODC Unit Well Nos. 895, 896, 897, 899, 900, 902, 904, 905, 908, 909, 910, 914, 916, and 917, Wasson Field, Lease No. 60000 in the Grayburg, San Andres and Glorieta Formations. The application includes Salt Water,CO2 and H2S. The injection wells are located approximately 7-9 miles NE of Denver City in Yoakum County, TX. Fluid will be injected into strata of the estimated subsurface depth interval of 4600'TVD/4650'MD - 5950'TVD/6000'MD. June 3 2026 LACO0530102
