Notice of Application for Formation of Bank Holding Company and Notice for Acquisition of a Bank by a Bank Holding Company Juno Bancorp, Inc., with its head office at 2423 Bay Circle, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to form a bank holding company and acquire a bank, New Republic Bank, 700 East Morehead Street, Suite 150, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application/notice including the record of performance of banks we own in helping to meet local credit needs.
