NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR MERGER OF BANKS Notice is given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Regional and Midsize Financial Institutions, 425 South Financial Place, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60605 for consent to merge: Blue Foundry Bank 19 Park Avenue, Rutherford, New Jersey 07070 with and into Fulton Bank, N.A. One Penn Square, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17602. It is contemplated that the main/home offices and branch offices of the above-named banks will continue to operate, except for an undetermined number of branches, which will be determined at a later time. This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 1828(c) and 12 CFR 5.
