Take notice that on Wednesday, the 8th day of October, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., a hearing will be held before the Township of Gloucester Zoning Board of Adjustment at 1261 Chews Landing-Clementon Road at Hider Lane, Gloucester Township, Camden County, New Jersey, on application of Alberto Real Estate Holdings LLC, for Block 8201, Lot 1, fronting Chews Landing-Clementon Road (#1492), Gloucester Township, New Jersey, seeking preliminary and final major subdivision approval with bulk variances to implement Resolution #25-003, allowing 8 twin homes in the OR Zone, with variances from Ordinance §500-412 as twin homes have zero feet side yard common wall, and 15' on other side, with lot size not less than 12,400 square feet; 45' frontage; with OR Zone conformance of building and lot coverage front and rear yard setback, and lot depth, and any construction in roadway, together with any improvements within the public right-of-way, and such other and further variances or waivers as the Board may deem necessary and warranted.
All documentation relating to this application may be inspected by the public during the hours of 8:00 A.M. - 5:45 P.M., Monday through Thursday, at the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the above-noted address.
The Board may adjourn, postpone, or continue the hearing and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Secretary of the Board concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
