Leases included in the commingle permit are Lindsey W A "B", John Braddock, Northrup P G ET AL, Tom May and H & J Sec 127 B. Production is from the GMK, South (San Andres) and GMK, South (Clearfork) fields and is commingled into the Tom May Battery, located in RRC District 8A in Gaines County.
Pursuant to Statewide Rules 26 and 27, interested parties must file objections or requests for hearing in writing to the Railroad Commission office within 21 days after publication, or the Commission may approve the application.
