NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ADEL, IOWA, FOR WHICH 80% OR MORE OWNERS REQUEST ANNEXATION, AND THE PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
The City Council of the City of Adel, State of Iowa, will hold a public hearing at its meeting which commences at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day of April, 2026, in the Community Room of the Adel Public Library of the City of Adel, Iowa, 303 S. 10th St., Adel, Iowa, to consider applications for the voluntary annexation of territory into the City, in which not more than 20% of the land is being included without the consent of the owner to avoid creating an island or to create more uniform bodies, which proposed territory for annexation includes the property described as follows:
