NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A BRANCH
Pursuant to Section 1117.02 of the Ohio Revised Code and Section 303.7 of the Code of Federal Regulations (12 CFR 303.7), The Community Bank, 113 North Fifth Street, Zanesville, Ohio 43701, hereby gives notice that it intends to file an application with the Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for permission to establish a banking office at 1102 Hebron Road Heath, Ohio 43056, Licking County. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at 500 W Monroe St. Chicago, Illinois 60661-3697, and the Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions, 77 S High St. Columbus, Ohio, 43215-6120, not later than October 4, 2025. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
