Notice of Application to Inject Fluid Into A Productive Reservoir Well Permit Hilcorp Energy Company, 1111 Travis Street Houston, TX 77002 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluids by well injection into a porous formation of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the productive San Andres and Glorieta formations, Mahoney, H. O. Lease, Well Numbers 52 and 41. The proposed injection wells are located 7 miles northeast of Denver City, TX in the Wasson field, in Yoakum County. Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 4,500 to 6,000 feet. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
