NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS On the 4th day of August 2025, Deborah Hardy was appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate of John Hardy, deceased, who passed away on June 8th, 2025. All persons having claims against this estate, whether such claims are due or not, are required to file their claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months from the date of the decedent's death, whichever occurs first.
