NOTICE OF APPRAISEMENT HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING OF COMPENSATION COMMISSION TO ASSESS DAMAGES IN THE MATTER OF THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN RIGHTS IN LAND BY THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE IMPOROVEMENT OF PRIMARY ROAD NO. U.S. 69 IN THE CITY OF ANKEY LOCATED IN POLK COUNTY, IOWA PROJECT NO.
