NOTICE OF APPROVAL
CITY OF PLAINFIELD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 12, 2025, the City of PlainfieldZoning Board of Adjustment granted approval to applicant, Maymouna Sow, forconfirmation of existing bulk variance conditions related to: minimum improvable area – diameter of circle and maximum driveway width; and new variances related to: maximum single side yard setback and maximum combined side yard setback; in orderto renovate the first floor and construct a one-and-one-half story addition over the first floor on the existing dwelling on the property located at 935-937 Myrtle Avenue, and designated as Lot 6 in Block 228 on the City of Plainfield Tax Map, which approval was memorialized by a written Resolution adopted on December 10, 2025. The Resolution is on file at the office of the Zoning Board Secretary, located in the Division of Planning and Community Development, Second Floor, City Hall, 515 Watchung Avenue, Plainfield, New Jersey, and is available for inspection during the Secretary's normal business hours.
