NOTICE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR EXTRAORDINARY UNSPECIFIABLE SERVICE THE SOUTHEAST MORRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY Public Notice is hereby given that on July 16, 2026, The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority adopted a Resolution awarding a contract to renew its vision insurance coverage with Vision Service Plan Insurance Company without competitive bidding as an extraordinary unspecifiable service. The contract renewal is for dental insurance coverage for a period of one year commencing on August 1, 2026, at a cost to the Authority not to exceed $3,847.20, based on current enrollment. The Resolution and accompanying documents are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Authority, 19 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, and in the respective offices of the Clerks of the Township of Morris, the Township of Hanover, the Town of Morristown, and the Borough of Morris Plains.
