Notice of Bank Merger Act Application Merchants Bank of Indiana Notice is given that Merchants Bank of Indiana, an Indiana state-chartered bank, has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for approval of a merger transaction whereby Loan Exchange, LLC, a California limited liability company, will merge with, into, and under the charter of Merchants Bank of Indiana. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the FDIC at the FDIC's Chicago Regional Office located at 300 S Riverside Plaza #1700, Chicago, IL 60606 not later than May 23, 2026. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
